The online Kick-off Meeting for the Erasmus+ Project “Cooperation and training on innovation and entrepreneurship in the eHealth community” (CONNECT) was held on April 19, 2021. All project consortium partners – Babeș-Bolyai University (BBU), INIT Association (INIT), University of Porto (UPORTO), and European Initiative for Education (EBI)- presented their respective institutions and the project teams dedicated to the project implementation. Further discussions were held regarding the project activities overview, partners’ roles and responsibilities, and time plan.
The coordinator – Babeș-Bolyai University (BBU) provided an overview over the whole project structure: planning, budget, responsibilities effort of intellectual outputs, training activities and multiplier events, communication tools, followed by the presentations of the Intellectual Output 1 (IO1) – THE EHEALTH CURRICULUM TRAINING COURSE, and Intellectual Output 2 (IO2) – EHEALTH COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE together with European Initiative for Education (EBI).
INIT Association (INIT) was held responsible with the presentation of dissemination related actions, distribution of responsibilities, description of metrics to be used and time plan.
University of Porto (UPORTO) was in charge with the quality assurance of the project, and presented aspects of internal quality monitoring process, quality metrics for outputs, training and dissemination activities, review and acceptance process for sign off of deliverables.
For the whole duration of the meeting open discussions and interactions opportunities among participants were strongly strengthened, fostering successful and proactive collaboration within the consortium. Plans for the near future were discussed and task were shared among the consortium partners.
